At The Olive Brow & Skincare, we provide professional skincare and brow services, including facials, brow shaping, tinting, and other beauty treatments. All services are by appointment only.
3. Booking and Payment
Appointments can be booked via our website or by emailing us at theolivebrow@gmail.com.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various forms of payment.
Service Pricing: Prices for services may change over time. Any updates to pricing will be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and respect the time of our team, we have the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 25% of the total appointment value.
Last-minute cancellations (within one hour of the appointment) or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total appointment value.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these cancellation and no-show policies. If a cancellation or no-show occurs, the applicable charge will be processed to the payment method provided at the time of booking.
5. Health and Safety
Your safety and comfort are important to us. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment so that we can provide a safer, tailored experience. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
Due to hormonal changes and increased sensitivity during pregnancy and breastfeeding, there are certain treatment contraindications and special precautions:
Consent: An additional consent form must be signed for all pregnant clients.
Contraindicated Treatments: As per manufacturers’ instructions, facials, peels, laser, and other clinic treatments are contraindicated during pregnancy. If you have concerns regarding sensitivity, please consult your doctor before booking.
Health Disclosure
Before any treatment, you must complete a consultation form to disclose your medical history, including medical conditions, pre-existing injuries, allergies, infectious diseases, skin conditions, or pregnancy.
Update Your Health Information: If your health condition changes after completing the consultation, please inform us before your next treatment so that we can adjust the services accordingly.
Discomfort During Treatment: If you experience any discomfort during your treatment, please notify your therapist immediately.
6. Gift Cards
We offer gift cards for promotions, treatments, and products. Please review the following guidelines:
Service Gift Cards: Service gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase. After 12 months they will be valid for the dollar amount they were purchased at as service fees may vary. They do not expire.
Dollar Amount Gift Cards: These cards can be used for any products or services at The Olive Brow & Skincare. They do not expire.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards, products, or discounted packages/promotions.
Lost or Stolen Cards: Please keep your gift card safe. It cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
7. Service Expiry
Sale Expiry: Limited-time offers and promotions will have a specified expiration date. If you purchase a promotion with a free gift, the promotional gift is subject to the stated expiry.
8. Returns & Exchanges
All products purchased in-studio or through our online store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We collect and process personal information, including name, email, and payment details, to provide you with services and communicate with you.
10. Liability
The Olive Brow & Skincare is not liable for any allergic reactions, discomfort, or injury that may occur during or after a treatment. You agree to release us from any liability related to these services. If you have concerns, please consult with your doctor prior to booking.
